I adhere to ICF’s Code of Ethics as a coach. Learn more about it here.

Wanda’s Code of Ethics

Additionally, my work calls for a personalised codex, which reflects the aspects I had touched upon in the past years.

  1. Consent is central
All experiences are based on explicit, ongoing consent. You are always free to say yes, no, or change your mind—at any moment.

  2. Respect comes first
Every body, boundary, identity, and experience is met with dignity and care. There is no pressure, expectation, or judgment.

  3. You hold your agency
You are the authority over your body, choices, and pace. My role is to support—not to override—your inner knowing.

  4. Transparency and clarity
We communicate openly about intentions, boundaries, structure, and practicalities so that nothing is hidden or assumed.

  5. Collaboration, not performance
Sessions are co-created. There is no goal to achieve, no role to play, and no “right way” to experience anything.

  6. Trauma-aware approach
The work is held with sensitivity to nervous systems and lived experiences. Slowing down, pausing, and grounding are always welcome.

  7. Non-violent communication
I practice honest, kind, and responsible communication—listening as much as speaking, and honoring differences.

  8. Presence over pushing
Aliveness grows from awareness, not force. I follow what is real and available, rather than striving or exceeding limits.

  9. Open-minded exploration
Curiosity is encouraged. Differences in desires, expressions, and experiences are respected within consensual and safe containers.

  10. Boundaries are celebrated
Clear boundaries create safety and freedom. Naming limits is seen as strength, not resistance.

  11. Growth through awareness
This work supports self-reflection, integration, and embodied learning—not fixing or changing who you are.

  12. Confidentiality and trust
What is shared or experienced within sessions is treated with discretion and care.
